Spiced Pear Daiquiri

Fresh pear and warm spice transform the classic rum daiquiri into something lush, aromatic, and quietly sophisticated.


Ingredients

2 oz White Rum

1 oz. Silver Siren Spiced Pear Syrup

¾ oz Lime Juice

Method

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe (before mixing cocktail, fill coupe with ice and cold water, discard before filling) or martini glass.  Garnish with a pear slice, lime wheel and/or a cinnamon stick.

Siren Tip: Shake this drink longer than you think you need to. Pear syrups and juices are slightly thicker, and a good hard shake creates the silky texture that makes a daiquiri feel luxurious.
