Brigitte Crawford is the Siren-in-Chief and founder of Silver Siren Bitters & Syrups, a Hawai‘i-based craft beverage brand inspired by island botanicals, bold flavor, and the art of slow sipping.

Rooted in local sourcing and small-batch craftsmanship, Silver Siren transforms tropical ingredients like lilikoi, ohelo, ginger, ube and island-grown herbs into elevated bitters, syrups and garnishes designed for modern cocktails, mindful mocktails and memorable hospitality moments.

What began as a passion for flavor storytelling has grown into a distinctive island-inspired brand, recognized for thoughtful design, culinary creativity and care in sourcing. Hawai‘i’s varied districts, microclimates and landscapes shape what can be grown and gathered, allowing Silver Siren to work with an abundant and ever-changing range of produce. Ingredients grown on the Silver Siren property are complemented by locally sourced fruits, herbs and botanicals from other Hawai‘i farmers, supporting a broader network of small producers across the islands.
