Silver Siren Bitters & Syrups carefully prepares and ships each order from Hawai‘i Island. Our products are handcrafted in small batches and packed with care to ensure they arrive safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During busy seasons, new product releases, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable carriers including USPS and UPS. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier performance.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier but cannot be guaranteed.

 

Shipping Destinations

Silver Siren currently ships within the United States. At this time, international shipping may not be available.
 

Packaging

Our bitters, syrups, and elixirs are packaged with protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. Because our products are glass bottled, careful packaging is essential.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

To assist us in evaluating the situation, please include a short video showing the packaging and items as received.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution. Please retain all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely shipment, Silver Siren is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
